Thank you ______ There probably won't be many times when voting will be necessary in the Spokes Network, but in order to do so, a group should officially register and name those members who are authorized to act as its Spokes People. Although any number of members of a group may attend the Spokes Network meetings, only one Spokes Person (Spokes) from each group may vote. It's a good idea, if possible, to rotate the Spokes who attend so that different members of each group will become familiar with the Spokes Network, its members, and how it functions. One Spokes may represent as many as two member organizations at a Network meeting, and if this is the case, may vote twice. Just as anyone can join the listserve, individuals who are not affiliated with a group may attend Spokes Network meetings, and give their input to topics of discussion at that meeting. However, decision-making power lies with the Spokes. Groups may register with the Spokes Network by sending a member of their group with the form below filled out and signed by someone who normally has authority to sign paperwork for the group. They may also be mailed to Lucy Kenyon, 195 Walnut Circle, Rohnert Park, CA 94928. The forms will be turned in to the facilitation working group for safe-keeping.
